Birding in Chico

This class meets every Thursday starting January 25, 2007 to March 1, 2007. All outings start at 9:00 A.M. unless noted otherwise, and most will be over by 11:00 A.M.

January 25
Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge,
Llano Seco, 7 Mile Lane.
Meet at the viewing stand

February 1
Bidwell River State Park (Indian Fisheries)
Meet at Indian Fisheries

February 8
Upper Bidwell Park
Meet at the new parking lot above Horseshoe Lake

February 15
Feather River Parkway, Oroville
Meet at Park and Ride, Lot #2 at 9 A.M. Will be back around 12.00 P.M.

February 22
Sacramento River National Wildlife Refuge
Pine Creek Unit
Meet at Albertson’s Parking lot on East Ave.

March 1
Black Butte Lake
Meet at Park & Ride, Lot #2 at 8:30 A.M.
We will return to Chico around 12:30
*Note, Bring your small radio if you have one.

Note: Rain will cancel our outing. I will contact you by e-mail before 8:30 a.m. if we have to cancel
